Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Neo Rust SDK, the Neo Rust SDK website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Neo Global Development ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Use of the Services

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password and to keep it secure.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neo Global Development and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

2.2 License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal or business purposes.

2.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the Services
  • Create derivative works based on the Services
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services

3. Neo Rust SDK License

3.1 Open Source License

The Neo Rust SDK is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the SDK in accordance with this license.

3.2 Contributions

By contributing to the Neo Rust SDK, you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same license as the original code.

4. User Content

4.1 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content").

4.2 Content License

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with the Services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION
  • ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
  • THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEO GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neo Global Development and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Services
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
